Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the progress of all claims efficiently and obtain satisfactory result for client
- Provide insurers and brokers with all documentation and information required for the settlement of claims and liaise with clients as necessary
- Examines the claims documents for completeness of information and requirements
- Claims handling, assessment and adjustment
- Prepare claims reports and statistics
- Provides excellent customer services to internal/external customers
- Other ad-hoc projects as required
Requirement:
- Diploma and certified from relevant insurances qualifications
- Knowledge in general insurance is preferable
- Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel & AS400
- Able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Customer Oriented
