Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR services to designated departments including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding process, etc.
• Partner with line managers and provide advice in addressing people related matters
• Prepare different HR headcount and analytical reports for management review
• Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Participate in HR ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years' solid HR experience in account servicing, with at least 3 years' recruitment focusing experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external parties
• Proactive, independent, self-motivated and internal customer focus
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Proficiency in Putonghua is an added advantage
