Requirements:

• Associate Degree  or above;
• Experience in office / administration work
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good written and spoken English;
• Detail-minded, good numerical sense and interpersonal skills.

Responsibility:

• Handling customers' reports
• Participate in new operations project
• To ensure all service performance will be satisfied by customers
• Co-ordinate with operations to ensure the service requirements is accurately administrated
• Maintain and update information by using required system
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor as and when required
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
