Provide all around HR Duties in Hong Kong Corporate Office including but not limited to Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefit and Staff Relations
  
Handle Market Benchmark Survey and Payroll
  
Prepare HR monthly reports and consolidation
  
Provide HR consultancy services to other departments and ensure all HR issues are properly addressed
  
Ensure compliance and consistency of HR practices across the company.
  
Provide administrative support to the team
  
Handle Ad-hoc project as required.
  
 
Job Requirements:

Bachelor or above in Human Resources or related disciplines.
  
5 years or above solid generalist experience in human resources management, preferred in the retail industry.

Solid experience in handling HRIS is a definite advantage.
  
Initiative, self-motivated, detailed and result oriented, strong time management
  
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
Strong PC skills in using MS office and Chinese word processing.
  
Proficiency in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
