Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR services including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, performance management, training & development, pension schemes administration, etc.
  • Design and implement HR initiatives in the areas of manpower planning, remuneration and reward management, performance management, staff relations, policy and procedures development, legislative compliance.
  • Handle application of working visa and other visa
  • Strengthen effective recruitment strategies and to work closely with line managers with proactive and consultative strategies for recruitment and staff engagement initiatives
  • Monitor all spectrum administration support to office
  • To explore the training needs, conduct training and organize various people development training programs in order to enhance staff whole-people capabilities 
  • Other admin & HR duties & ad hoc projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years hands-on HR experience, of which at least 5 years in managerial position from sizable companies,
  • Well-versed Employment Ordinances, Taxation regulations and other related legislation in Hong Kong
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, advanced use of Excel
  • Self-motivated, well organized, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
  • Immediately availability is preferred
