What will you do

Operation

1. Provide daily administrative and operational support to Managers
2. Handle customer enquiries on phone and email
3. Organize incoming/outgoing correspondences such as copying, scanning & filing
4. Handle quotations and invoicing to customers
5. Arrange delivery activities such as delivery note, pick and pack, stock allocation and transportation
6. Participate in ad hoc assignments

Shipping

1. Prepare purchase orders to headquarters
2. Monitor closely all the air or ocean shipments
3. Proof read of documents such as contract, shipping and banking documents
4. Handle warranty return and exchange

Warehousing

1. Handle stock in & out data entries
2. Assist in physical stock count and tidy up stock receiving 

What make you right

• Diploma graduates, at least 5 years working experiences
• Familiar with MS Office, proficiency in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table) is an advantage
• Experience in direct interaction with business parties is an advantage
• Team player, willing to learn, self-initiative and attention to details
• Experience in LC documents & Tradelink declaration is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available
