Responsibilities

• Is responsible for taking meeting minutes
• Conducts data collection, data entry, data analysis for daily operations and statistical report
• Assists the supervisors / managers in managing the audit team for providing efficient administrative supports to internal parties
• Coordinates the preparation of monthly reports and service completion records for billing, etc.
• Coordinates staff activities to promote green, such as waste reduction projects, carbon reduction programs
• Answers with telephone enquiries from internal and external parties
• Provides clerical / administrative support to Quality Assurance Department
• Performs ad-doc duties / tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 3 – 4 years relevant working experience
• Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Sound knowledge in PC operation including MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good analytical skill and high accuracy
• Good communication skill
• Self-motivated, can work independently, able to work under stress, and willing to work overtime when necessary
