Job objective:

The primary objective of this role is to support the customer by:

-          Providing all necessary (legal) documents and paperwork, accurately and swiftly.

-          Communicating efficiently and frequently with all related parties worldwide, as needed: supplier, customer, other…

-          Making sure supplier, customer and other interested parties have all information needed for their respective purposes.

Primary tasks:

• Coordinate the overall administrative workload for your assigned region, customers and or suppliers:

o   Manage all required administration, documents, paperwork and related requirements;

o   Develop a thorough practical understanding of the ERP-system in use as well as the processes and procedures adopted by the company;

o   Issuing and processing of all order related documents and invoicing;

• Answer customer or supplier inquiries quickly and accurately

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education with diploma/high diploma or degree
• Minimum  5 year work experience; relevant experience is a plus (e.g. export/shipping administration)
• Languages: Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese) and English, both oral and written
• Able to handle both oral and email professional communication in English
• Notion of basic accounting
• Experienced in basic Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Remuneration:

Monthly salary HKD23,000. Attractive remuneration package with Medical / Dental insurance, 5 day workweek and 14 day annual leave included.
