• Hands on HR operations and projects

Job Duties:

• Handle of full spectrum of HR duties covering Hong Kong & Overseas branches
• Support the recruitment activities include candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation as well as on boarding arrangement
• Involve in both C&B operations and rewards project such as payroll calculations, benefit review, annual review exercise
• Facilitate the staff engagement activities and training programs
• Prepare regular HR reports and participate in ad hoc company projects

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• With around 5-6 years of HR generalist experience gained from multinational companies
• Cheerful, open-minded and a good team player
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
