Responsibilities:

• Perform daily secretarial duties for designated department Managers
• Maintain filing system of department
• Coordinate with administrators of other departments on work related tasks
• Handle procurement documentation & invoice settlement process including purchase requisitions
• involved in budget planning
• Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Matriculated education level, preferably with training on Administration and procurement
  
• Minimum 2 years' experience on team administrative services in sizable organization
• Attend to details with good organization skills
• Self-motivated with problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge on PC software skills (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin
