Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales order processing and follow up;
• Assist Sales Managers to liaise with internal departments or third parties vendors;
• Prepare quotation or proposals to prospective companies:
• Assist in marketing campaign and events to boost company’s income stream;
• May involve in clients’ meeting upon request;
  
  

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above with at least 1 year secretarial / administrative working experience preferred;
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Fluent in spokenPutonghua is definitely an advantage;
• Self-motivated, mature and enjoy team work;
• Proficiency in PC operations, Chinese Typing and MS office;
• Good coordination skill and communication skill;
• Able to work overtime during peak seasons and meet tight deadlines;
• Knowledge in graphic design and printing industry is definitely an advantage.
