Responsibilities:

• Shipment coordination and daily communication with internal departments and overseas offices
• Issue debit note, handle full set Air Export documents and filing
• Shipment Status Track & Trace with Customer & Warehouse
• Daily Operation
• Handling full set document
  (Check & reply email, Data entry, prepare & sending pre-alerts, issue debit note, customs declaration etc.)
  
  

Requirement:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above (fresh graduates will be considered)
• Self-motivated, analytical, well-organized and result oriented
• Knowledge in MS excel
• Fluency in English & Cantonese
• Immediately available is preferred
• Night Shift duty requested
