We are currently looking for a Sales Order Administratorto support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.

What we expect you to do

• Process order management worklist in SAP
• Prepare invoicing to clients
• Maintain good working relations with all stakeholders
• Provide secretarial support to assigned managers
• Supervise sales order administration team to achieve booking and revenue goal
• Coordinate with various departments and functions to meet quality audits, such as ISO requirement

Here's what we are looking for in candidates for this job

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• 5-7 years relevant work experience (at least 2 years supervision experience)
• Demonstrates client service orientation and able to cope well under pressure
• Good attention to detail and possess a proactive and systematic approach to work
• Display good organizing and communication skills
• Demonstrate analytical skills and ability to self-manage
