Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate professional events / conferences including liaison with accreditation work
- Provide support in communication initiatives such as website management, content updates & newsletter editing
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to CEO including travel arrangements, meetings / appointment coordination, minutes taking, calendar management etc.
- Liaise with different internal and external stakeholders, andsupport various operational duties
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Mature, with positive mind-set, as well as excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Proactive, meticulous and well-organized
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in written & spoken English and Cantonese
