Responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance of service contractors/ licensees through regular audits and workflow review according to the prescribed standards
• Assist in contract management including providing general administration, preparing reports and agreements, performance and budget monitoring
• Coordinate facility/service/system enhancement projects through effective collaboration with various internal and  external parties
• Conduct market studies, benchmarking analysis and customer surveys to support operation/ strategy  planning
• Assist in handling complaint cases and passenger injury incidents from investigation through to mitigation and feedback to  passengers
• Assist in compilation of relevant statistical reports, work plans and business presentation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Facility/ Property Management or other related disciplines with at least 2 year’s relevant working experience, preferably in property management, contract administration, procurement or related areas
• Experience in project management or operations in aviation industry or related fields is an added advantage
• Less education level with more relevant working experience and proven track record of success in airport operation  or other sizable companies will also be considered
• Good team player with good communication, interpersonal, analytical and numerical skills
• Self-motived, proactive, hardworking and result-oriented
• Good at PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
