Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting in managing all activities, business operational duties for the Group;
• Assisting in the process of defining, delivering and formulating the Corporate Commission Scheme and Framework for the Organization's effectiveness and efficiency;
• Providing full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Directors;
• Participate in and follow up on business deal negotiations
• Coordinate with the group's internal, senior management and outside parties to ensure effective communication
• Handle ah-hoc tasks where required

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years relative experience;
• Strong analytical and project management skills;
• Confident and dynamic personality;
• Excellent skills in Chinese and English;
• May require occasional travelling
