Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Report to Head of HK
- Assist in personnel administration, office setups, purchasing and coordinating office operations
- Perform data entry, handle bank receipt and payment operations
- Handle and distribute cash / cheque for monthly payments
- Handle expenses claim and prepare necessary reports
- Prepare monthly closing report for manager’s verification
- Perform office administrative duties, recruitment and employee relations
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal in English, Chinese (Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS applications including Word & Excel
- Good command of spoken and written
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, stable, detailed-minded, independent, a good team player, multi-tasking
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- At least 3 years relevant experience required
