Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources administrations for Resident Site Staff (RSS) including preparing nomination to Government departments, preparing employment contracts, certificates of service, group medical related issues , monthly payroll etc;
• Act as point of contact for RSS related enquiry (both internal & external stakeholders);
• Liaise with RSS project teams and Finance team for the manpower plans and daily needs;
• Liaise with other regional offices to compile various HR reports for management review;
• Responsible for HRIS administration, and participate in the development for solutions relating to HRIS and relating systems;
• Assist in ad hoc HR assignments/projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• Minimum of 4 years solid relevant experience across all major HR functions in sizeable international organization;
• Solid experiences in RSS related issues, and with experience in engineering consultancy / construction industry is a must;
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements;
• Independent, well-organized, with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills;
• Good team player with commitment to quality and tight schedule;
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to handle multi-tasks;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; spoken Putonghua is an advantage;
• Immediate available is preferred.
