Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of personal assistance and secretarial support to CEO;
- Schedule appointments and handle travel arrangements;
- Arrange meetings, agenda & minutes;
- Handle business correspondence, reports, proposals, speeches, agreements and confidential documents as required;
- Maintain effective working relationship with internal and external parties;
- Assist in business activities and ad hoc projects when required;
- Travel to China / Southeast Asia Region about once per month for 3-4 days.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in business administration or marketing is preferable ;
- Min.5 years’ relevant experience;
- With secretarial experience in Trade Association is an advantage;
- Good written English & Chinese;
- Good spoken English and Mandarin;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, effective, responsible, detail-mined, independent and be able to work under pressure.
- Immediate available is preferable
