Duties:

• Manages the Managers' calendars such as scheduling meetings and appointments, handle travel itineraries and related arrangements; and
• Responsible business support (e.g. preparing monthly / quarterly reports, schedule management, arranging meetings, arranging trip schedules etc.)
• Assist in the daily administrative duties (e.g. typing, filing, regular correspondence and liaison with internal and external parties, etc.) and ensure timely follow-ups; and
• Other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Managers

Requirement:

• Certificate or Diploma or equivalents with formal business training
• Good computer knowledge and familiar with MS office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English/Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
