The position is located in Hong Kong at the Fresenius Medical Care office. Reporting to the Senior Director of IT, you will be responsible for the secretarial support from administrative tasks, travel & expense management to event organization.  As the representative of the department, you will also handle the corresponding of daily communications.  This is a temporary position, which will start from mid December until early April covering maternity leave.

Key Areas of Responsibilities in Detail:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support
• Organize and maintain diaries and making appointments
• Handle travel and expense management
• Coordinate meetings at local and regional level incl. the various internal department meetings and organize telephone and video conferences
• Provide administration support to the team
• Arrange visa application

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Diploma holder or university Graduate with relevant secretarial experience
• Highly proficient with MS Office applications
• Experience in event planning and excellent time management skills
• Detail-oriented, service-oriented and well-organized
• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with internal and external personnel, good oral and written communication skills in English and preferably another language relevant to the AP region
• Immediately available is a must
