Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of high quality secretarial support to CEO
• Schedule business appointments and manage daily calendar
• Coordinate projects, events and meetings with internal and external parties
• Arrange for management meetings, prepare meeting agenda and minutes
• Participate in sales projects and marketing activities
• Frequent direct communication with corporate customers
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Secretary with sales support duties to senior management.
• With experiences from MNC or sizeable company will be beneficial
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua 
• Proactive personality, efficient, responsible, well-organised, and able to work under pressure
• Good knowledge in MS Office with good attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience of sales administration or marketing is required
