Job Duties 

• Provide support in full spectrum of HR functions including resources payroll, MPF, HR policy & compliance
• Responsible for the daily operations in recruitment, interview arrangement, and follow up all necessary logistics
• Update recruitment data and analyze report for management review
• Make recommendations on best methods of sourcing talents
• Assist in ad hoc HR projects and general office administration

Job Requirements: 

• H. Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
• At least 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration areas
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• proactive, independent, detail minded, mature, pleasant, and hard-working
• Enjoy a result oriented and team based working environment
• Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
• Immediately available is preferable
