Key responsibilities:

• To conduct literature review and policy analysis on health care, rehabilitation and social issues for research and advocacy projects;
• To write up research and advocacy papers for dissemination and lobbying for policy change;
• To work with internal and external stakeholders including self-help groups, government officials and academia for research and advocacy initiatives;
• To coordinate and support projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in either in Social Sciences, Public Health, Public Administration, Social Work or related disciplines;
• Strong passion in co-creating a better society for persons with disabilities and the elderly in Hong Kong;
• Strong sensitivity in current affairs especially health and social care policies;
• Good command of both oral and written Chinese and English;
• Good interpersonal relationship and teamwork
• Critical thinking, analytical skills, organizing and advocacy experience are preferred
