Responsibilities

• Provide daily general administrative and clerical support to the management;
• Support HR functions including candidate sourcing, posting job ads, screening candidates
• Prepare HR reports and analysis on regular basis for management review;
• Manage employee data and ensure all records are update and accurate;
• Participate in planning and organizing events such as Kick-off activities;
• Assist in administrative matters such as arrangement of business trip, printing matters, office management, etc.;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Holder of Diploma or above in any disciplines
• No more than 2 years experience
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
