• Manage all facility related functional and environmental issues; handles all day-to-day office administrative issues and emergencies, as required
• Coordinate all travel arrangements for all employees, focusing on the reduction of the overall travel costs
• Liaise with Head office / internal departments to ensure respective systems, procedures and processes are adhered to and coordinated. i.e. rooster planning
• Analyse and monitor administrative costs, ensure actual expense within budget, and provide information for preparing annual budget
• Deliver orientation to new employees, provide local support to expatriate as applicable
• Review, prepare, and identify invoices for approval, send originals and backup for review and payment approval
• Proactively support all aspects of the company office in the conduct of our business

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in any disciplines, degree holder is an advantage
• 2 years or above relevant working experience in a fast-paced, complex and high visibility organization
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills and able to handle multi-tasks
• Independent, detail-minded with strong initiative and eagerness to learn
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
