Job Responsibility

• Monitor and handle daily shipment operation and inspection schedule arrangement
• Able to handle full set of Import/Export documents & Tradelink declarations documents
• Deal & co-ordinate with customers, consignees, factories, forwarders and transportation company for quotation and shipment arrangement with mainland China colleagues
• Help to manage sales order, shipping document and parcel to ensure on-time delivery
• Documentation relating to GRN, sales invoice, delivery note, packing list, Form A, C.O. and etc
• Provide administrative support to the team as and when required

Requirement

• Form 5 or above
• Min 2-3 years experience in international trading industry, logistic arrangement and operations of import/export/distribution business
• Mature, initiative, detail-minded and strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, able to work under pressure, hard-working.
• Good knowledge of CIF, DDP and DDU shipping terms is preferable
• Good experience to handle container consolidation
• Able to handle the shipment to Europe, US and Asia countries
• Knowledge in ERP system will be as an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel
• Good command of Spoken & written English and Mandarin
