Job Description
Requirements
- Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
- 4-6 years human resources experience with focus on recruitment
- Prior exposure in training arrangement would be a great advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, cheerful, resourceful with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in communication of both spoken and written English
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform full cycle of recruitment process from job advertisement posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, offer processing to onboard logistics
- Work closely with line managers to identify their needs and performance management
- Provide support on new hires orientation, training course scheduling and coordination
- Assist in organizing recruitment projects such as campus recruitment, recruitment days etc
- Prepare HR statistics reports and update the employee information in a regular basis
