Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The office administrator ensures the smooth running of our company’s office and contributes in driving sustainable growth
The tasks of the office administrator will include:
- Bookkeeping, by posting transactions in the office accounting system (training will be given on the operation of that system)
- Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Typing and formatting correspondence and reports
- Managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the senior management
- Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Tracking stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assisting colleagues whenever necessary
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising tasks, be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin language skills would be advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with office management procedures
