Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support Department Head in the coordination and implementation of HR / corporate projects and initiatives;
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery of HR & administrative services to the Company;
  • Support the review and recommendation of company practices, systems and infrastructures that provide an employee-oriented and high performance culture;
  • Assist the implementation of staff performance review and reward processes;
  • Plan, coordinate and implement office automation and improvement projects;
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Departmental daily operations.

 

Requirements:

  • Preferably University graduate in in Business Administration/ Management/ HR or related disciplines;
  • At least 8 years of hands-on HR and administrative experience in sizable organizations, preferably in the property business sector;
  • Mature and people-oriented; adaptive to fast-paced and dynamic organizations;
  • Positive minded, flexible with a dedication and commitment to work;
  • Effective communication, planning, analytical and organizational skills;
  • Sound IT knowledge, well versed with PC applications and Microsoft tools;
  • Self-motivated, keen to learn and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Suitable candidate with more experience may be appointed as Deputy Manager.
