Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase order and invoice
- Handle day-to-day administration and clerical work
- Coordinate with external and internal parties to deliver the best promotion campaigns
- Data entry and prepare data analysis reports
- Assist ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
- University graduate or above
- Around 1 year clerical experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good analytical and numeric ability
- Proficient with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately available / short notice candidate will be an advantage
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
