Responsibilities:

• Responsible for scanning client opening forms and other related documents;
• Responsible for document filing and storage;
• Provide clerical support in the Customer Service Department;
• Perform all other duties as assigned by seniors from time to time.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• With clerical experiences in bank or financial institutions is definitely an advantage;
• Knowledge in MS Office (e.g Word, excel);
• Hardworking and willing to do scanning tasks;
• Candidates with less experiences are also welcome;
• One-year renewable contract;
• Immediately available preferred.
