Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scanning client opening forms and other related documents;
- Responsible for document filing and storage;
- Provide clerical support in the Customer Service Department;
- Perform all other duties as assigned by seniors from time to time.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above;
- With clerical experiences in bank or financial institutions is definitely an advantage;
- Knowledge in MS Office (e.g Word, excel);
- Hardworking and willing to do scanning tasks;
- Candidates with less experiences are also welcome;
- One-year renewable contract;
- Immediately available preferred.
