Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to President, Asia
• Organize and manage President’s appointment, business meeting
• Travel arrangement for President and senior management from headquarter
• Handle correspondence, meeting minutes, business proposal and presentation material etc.
• Liaise, coordinate and follow up with both internal and external parties on day to day business operations and personal matters
• Ensure office administration and operation smooth and efficient
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Management or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in serving senior executives
• With formal secretarial training is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, communications and interpersonal skills
• Mature, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent in MS Office
• Native in written and spoken English and Chinese
