Job Responsibilities:

• Handle matters in connection with magazine / education materials subscription
• Answer queries from customers, including phone calls, emails and occasional visits
• Maintain accurate subscription & inventory records and update in timely fashion
• Prepare documents and monitor progress for both local and overseas delivery arrangement
• Receive visitors to the office in a courteous and efficient manner
• Assist in Company events and other ad-hoc projects / duties as and assigned

Skills and Requirements: 

• Completion of secondary education
• At least 1-2 years of administrative / clerical work experience
• Well-organized, detail-minded, reliable, independent and eager to learn
• Pleasant personality, courteous telephone manner and good interpersonal skills
• Being a good team player with excellent communications skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word processing is a must
• Good command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Immediate availability preferred
