Job Responsibilities:

• Handle mailing distribution, daily courier & shopping orders arrangement
• Perform outdoor (office to bank / post office) duties
• Handle all the office supplies and office equipment & facilities, and maintain a clear & tidy office (including in-office warehouse)
• Handle matters in relation to in-office warehouse: product receipt, sorting, picking & packing, labelling, delivery coordination, record keeping and regular stock-taking
• Receive visitors to the office in a courteous and efficient manner
• Assist in Company events and other ad-hoc projects / duties as and assigned

Skills and Requirements: 

• Completion of secondary education
• Outgoing & friendly team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Attentive to details, well-organized, punctual and responsible
• Experience in warehousing function is a definite advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word processing is a must
• Good command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Immediate availability preferred
