崗位職責:
• 傳達解釋、督促推進、跟踪執行CEO各項對內部團隊的指示安排；
• 負責學術交流合作，尤其是香港人工智能與機器人學會的相關事宜；
• 負責政府項目合作、媒體公關等對外合作；
• 起草CEO交辦的信函、演講稿、報告、文件等各類文件；
• 合理安排、提醒CEO的日常工作時間和程序；
• 負責對外聯絡、溝通，接待重要來賓等

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full secretarial and personal assistance to CEO, communicate and follow up CEO instruction to related internal parties;

• Responsible for academic shares and cooperation, especially for the Hong Kong Society of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (HK-SAIR) related issues;

• Responsible for cooperation with government projects, media relations and other external cooperation;

• Draft formal letters, speeches, reports and other documents assigned by CEO;

• Liaise with external parties and greeting of VIP guest.

任職要求：
• 碩士學歷以上，金融、法律、計算機等相關專業優先；
• 3年以上秘書工作經驗，對科研院校合作、分析國家政策有經驗者優先；
• 英語、廣東話、普通話都要非常流利；
• 寫作能力強，寫過BP、合作協議、媒體稿件者優先；
• 具有良好的職業素養和職業操守；
• 極佳的執行力，優秀的口頭表達及溝通能力；
• 做事認真細心周到，工作積極主動，具有高度的責任感

Requirement:

• Master degree or above, finance, law, computer or other related majors preferred;

• 3 years working experience in secretarial, cooperation with scientific research institutes, experienced on analysis of national policy is preferred;

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin;

• Strong writing skills, experienced in business plan and agreement preparation and media posts writing is preferred;

• Strong business sense and ethical;

• Excellent execution, communication and presentation skills;

• Careful, proactive with a high sense of responsibility person;
