Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support in daily operations of HR
- Maintain and update the employee record and filing systems
- Assist recruitment fair
- Assist in cooridinate company's activities e.g. annual dinner, team building, etc.
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 1 year relevant working experience is an advantage;
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance, HR Practice and Regulations;
- Strong problem solving skill and sense of compliance
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately available preferable
