To cope with the fast growing market needs, we are currently looking to appoint a Marketing & Showroom Administrator to develop commercial and residential sales in line with the company’s growth and maintain the running of the office.

The Job

• Perform administrative functions for the showroom, including greeting customers
• Answer incoming calls and deal with general customer enquires
• Support and assist in implementation of various sales events/ promotional activities
• Design promotional materials and handle company online media accounts
• Setup, maintain and update Office database system and filing system accurately and effectively
• Directly report to GM

 The Person

• At least 3 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
• Excellent team member who can work confidently on their own
• Proactive, organized, responsible, detail-oriented, fast-learning
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage
