Key Job Duties:

• Handle all matters in connection with booking, load plans, pre-flight and post-flight processes
• Maintain and update the cargo manuals and training records
• Handle cargo tracing and claims documents
• Assist in the e-AWB project 
• Consolidate/generate reports for management review
• Assist in the daily export/import flight handling 
• Answer queries from customers
• Perform any other jobs as assigned

Qualification/Requirements:

• Five passes in HKCEE/ HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably gained in airfreight industry 
• Good interpersonal skills
• Well spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in computer applications
• May be required to work on irregular hours
