The role will be reporting to the HR Manager who are based in Hong Kong. This role will have the autonomy in assisting the set up the HR & Admin procedures for a new travel retail business in Hong Kong.

The Successful Candidate is expected to:

• Perform full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including end-to-end cycle of recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relationship and office administration;
• Support the HR team in setting up the HR & Admin function, framework for new business in HK;
• Assist the HR Manager in managing the whole process of payroll, tax filing, MPF administration and group medical insurance scheme, etc.
• Assists the HR Manager in formulating and implementing policies, guideline and procedures in HR & general office administration;
• Handle general office administration tasks including annual budget & forecast, office equipment maintenance, office renovation, procurement, vendor/contractor management, insurance renewal etc.

The Successful Candidate is required to: 

• Had Bachelor Degree / Diploma holder in Human Resources Management;
• Have 3 years' experience in both HR and administration fields perfectly from Retail sector;
• Be detail-minded, well organized, able to work under pressure and tight timeline;
• Speak & write English and Chinese;
• Work in Hong Kong International Airport.
