Job Description

As part of our continued talent acquisition & development strategy, we are looking to appoint a marketing specialist looking to diversify within their career or a talent acquisition specialist with marketing expertise to lead our workforce planning and employer marketing initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in defining our value proposition within the current employment economy and play a broader global role in developing and deploying high impact marketing campaigns. 

Key requirements include:

Marketing 

  • Establish relationships with key trade media owners to gain brand exposure through events, awards and press releases
  • Stay informed of recruitment industry trends and innovations to inform and evolve Cogs’ brand/service propositions
  • Develop and design creative presentations to deliver internal communications exercises
  • Forge relationships with local academic institutions to develop intern and graduate programs
  • Build employer brand perception, equity, and engagement through social platforms
  • Build and communicate key messaging to support internal change projects and employee engagement exercises

Talent Acquisition and Development

  • Influence and support Asia-wide annual hiring strategies and workforce planning
  • Build pipeline of sales and operational talent
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews for vacant immediate and forecasted hiring needs across key markets
  • Manage offer negotiations, acceptance, and contract creation for new employees
  • Improve and manage Cogs’ onboarding and induction process
  • Develop training sessions and programs for new and existing employees utilizing internal and external training resources
  • Contribute to and develop new and existing training content

We're looking for a dynamic and results driven individual who's a consummate professional but doesn't take themselves too seriously. 

Mandarin speakers preferred.
