Job Scope:

• Assume the HRBP and recruitment function to facilitate the progressive growth for the asset management business
• Provide value added HR consultation to senior management and  internal employees
• Active involvement in planning/executing staff engagement activities and continuous improvement on policies & procedures by working closely with headquarters and senior managements
• Provide insightful HRIS analysis and management reports 
• Oversight and manage various surveys and mapping (i.e. compensation and
  benefits, satisfaction surveys, etc.)
• Lead subordinates on quality general office administrative/procurement/facilities

Requirements:

• Degree holder with steady 5+ years solid and steady HRBP/Generalist track record with financial institutions/banks
• Profound experience in recruitment, staff engagement and providing value added HR/Administration Services
• Good consulting, strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
