RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage the Management's calendar, schedule daily work and Handle travel arrangements
• Assist in business communications among all related parties and departments
• Assist to manage department meeting, and monitor weekly meeting tasks
• Handle budget & reimbursement for the Management
• Assist in regular and ad-hoc task assigned by the Management

REQUIREMENTS 

• F.5 or above with secretarial training
• Minimum 2 years PA/secretarial experiences
• Stable, well organized, detail-minded, reliable, efficient and able to work independently
• Always maintain high ethical standards and strict confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese word processing
• Fluent spoken Putonghua and Cantonese, Good in written English
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Daily travel to Shenzhen office located at SZ Shangri-La Hotel G/F (just 5mins walk from LoWu border)
