Responsibilities:

• Answer phones politely and transfer calls/messages to appropriate parties
• Greet and assist visitors with visitor badges or escort them as necessary
• Inspect common facilities inside the building and report irregularities
• Handle inquiries or render assistance to occupants/visitors tactfully
• Simple report writing and administrative tasks as necessary
• Maintain a pleasant appearance of the reception area and building lobby
• Carry out ad hoc task as required by supervisor

 Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 3 years or above customer services experience is preferable
• Good telephone manner and pleasant greeting
• Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
