Advisory & Transaction Services is comprised of occupier advisory, transaction management, and other complementary products within a single operating model. This integrated platform aligns with the complex needs of occupier and investor leasing clients across all property types. The Advisory & Transaction Services leaders and wider community in Asia Pacific work seamlessly across geographies, markets and product lines to share market intelligence, coordinate transactions and build deep client relationships in order for us to lead by a distance.
We offer a rare opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our Transactions Management team. The focus will be to act as a lynchpin in supporting the wider team - enhancing operations and boosting connectivity across the business.
This is a busy and rewarding role, and we invite highly motivated individuals with solid administrative skills to apply. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring we capture financial and account information accurately.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support business development cross selling opportunities in different regions & business lines.
  • Organize Market Activity Call / Sector Practice Group Calls.
  • Respond to global / APAC enquiries by providing market intelligence and relationship insights to brokers.
  • Coordinate and support Global and Regional RFP / RFI responses.
  • Compile target pursuit / competitor lists for corporate accounts.
  • Manage financial statistics - prepare analysis & charts for the regional management team.
  • Maintain & update the content of the regional A&T intranet webpage.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain knowledge platform in support of business growth.
  • Design and improve capability, marketing, and branding materials.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Real Estate relevant qualification / membership.
  • 2-3 years' related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think laterally, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • High level of accuracy with regards to information and data, and attention to detail.
  • Results focused, with the ability to manage time effectively.
