Training Manager – Fashion Retail
Job Description
- To identify training needs and focus in frontline staff operation training, formulate and develop the strategies to meet company's business objectives;
- To work closely with management to organize and conduct training program including product knowledge training, supervisory management skill, customer service & compliant handling etc.
- To analyze result after training and formulate an improvement action plan;
- To plan and provide a regular training report and calendar to management and communicate with related parties;
REQUIREMENTS
- University Graduated with 5-10 years’ experience in Training and Development or related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in training of preferably in fashion retail;
- Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Good communication skill, fast learner, pleasant personality and energetic.
- Mature, independent, attentive to details and good presentation skill;
- Proficient in Chinese MS Office;
- Occasional Overseas business trips;
- Immediately available preferred
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Manager
