Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle stores administration support such as monthly stationary, sundries recording and ordering
• Maintain store materials and inventory records and transportation arrangement
• Liaise with suppliers for materials ordering or maintenance
• Assistant operation team to organize event, show and function
• Provide general support to supervisors on day to day operation
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years retail experience
• Experience in Store Administration support will be an advantage
• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Pro-active, creative and outgoing personality
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Word
• Immediate available is highly preferred
