Responsibilities:

• Participate in a full spectrum of HR projects, office administrative support and receptionist duties as required. 
• Provide full ranges of support to project management team and marketing team. 
• To assist in organizing company events and employee activities. 
• Be responsible for office equipment maintenance, office renovation, procurement, insurance renewal, recruitment, payroll, MPF preparation, compensation and benefits, employee relationship 
• Monitor and update of any software/hardware inventory for internal and external projects 
• Handle basic accounting and bookkeeping; 
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments 
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above 
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skill 
• Minimum 1 years relevant working experience
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese 
• Proficiency in computer and MS Office 
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Willing to learn and grow with the company , and possess a career mind
• HKID holder or whom with legal working visa in HK
• Immediate available is highly preferred
