Job Description
Job Duties :
- Perform full spectrum of office administration duties ;
- Good term player and possess good interpersonal skills
- Coordinate with different parties
- Maintain and update administrative filing in a systematic way
- Update master file, filing, data input and checking
- Ad-hoc assignments and projects as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Fresh graduates is welcomed
- Good term player and possess good interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded with strong sense of responsibilities, multitask oriented and well organized
- Having a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power-point
