Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing the reception area, greet visitors, handle all incoming calls and enquiries;
- Handle full range of office administrative duties including office equipment and stationery purchasing, office equipment maintenance, file documents, manage mailings, courier services and travel coordination;
- Liaise and negotiate with external suppliers/vendors for administrative issues;
- Plan and organize company events and ad-hoc activities, e.g. Monthly birthday party, annual dinner;
- Checking and keeping the record of staffs’ attendances & holiday off;
- Accomplish ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirement
- Form 7 or above with minimum 1 year in secretarial, administrative or relevant training is an advantage;
- Good command of spoken & written Mandarin, English and Cantonese;
- Good communication skills, polite manner and telephone answering skills;
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
- Chinese word-processing is a must;
- Efficient, Committed, detail-minded, analytical with problem solving skills;
- Immediate available is preferred.
